Attendee Sponsorship

The organisers of EuroPython welcome requests from potential attendees/participants for sponsorship of travel, accommodation and registration expenses. These requests are considered on merit and are likely to be evaluated based on information about the applicant and their use of Python - after all, this is a Python conference! Please indicate the following when sending a request for sponsorship:

• Which expenses you would like covered: travel, accommodation, registration.
• Some information about yourself and your use of Python, which open source projects you participate in or maintain.
• Where you will be travelling from and where you live. (This is important for travel expenses!)
• Your reasons for being considered for sponsorship.

We understand that even conferences like EuroPython can seem expensive to some participants, and this is why attendee sponsorship is being offered. This offer is conditional, however, and the organisers reserve the right to change the terms of this offer and to refuse requests as they see fit.
