Audio and Video Recording

EuroPython has not typically featured audio and video recordings of talks, but several similar conferences routinely produce talk videos. From EuroPython 2008 onwards, it would be very interesting to record as many talks as possible and to make these recordings available after the conference. However, in order to achieve this goal, we need volunteers to record the talks and we need the permission of the speakers to let us record their talks.

Recording Policy

We intend to record talks and to make the recordings available under the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA licence. By agreeing to give your talk at the EuroPython conference, you agree to your talk being recorded and distributed under these terms unless otherwise indicated explicitly and in advance when submitting your talk proposal. In other words, if you are a speaker and do not wish to have your talk recorded and distributed under these conditions, you must make this clear when submitting your talk proposal.
