EuroPython Mailing Lists

The following mailing lists are available:

Participants

Participants and those interested in coming to EuroPython should consider subscribing to one of these lists:

  • europython-announce (details): Announcements about the conference

  • europython (details): General discussion about the conference

Visit the Web site for each list to subscribe or view archives. You do not need to be a subscriber to post to the europython list, but subscribing is recommended and not generally restricted.

Sponsors

General sponsorship inquiries may be posted to the europython list, but since membership is not restricted, sponsors may wish to contact the organisers directly when sending confidential messages or offers of sponsorship.

Organisers

If you are looking to make EuroPython even better by getting involved in the organising of the conference, consider subscribing to one or both of these lists:

  • europython-volunteer-announce (details): Announcements for organisers and volunteers

  • europython-improve (details): Discussion of EuroPython improvements for organisers and volunteers

Visit the Web site for each list to subscribe or view archives.

Some special lists exist for specific organisational purposes:

  • europython-contact (details): Confidential enquiries directed at the organisers

  • europython-talks (details): Receiving and reviewing talk proposals for the conference

Since these lists are special, potential subscribers should contact the organisers via the main europython or europython-improve lists (or directly) to make sure that any subscription request will be granted without unnecessary difficulties. These lists are not readable by the general public! However, anyone can send a message to them for communication with the subscribers (for example, for submitting a confidential enquiry or a talk proposal).
